Quotation Process

• Quotations are prepared based on the product specifications and quantity provided in your enquiry.
• All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document (typically 7–15 days).
• Pricing may change for revised specifications, quantities or urgent delivery timelines.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any required advance payment.

Payment Terms

• Standard terms: 50% advance and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile banking or cheque as agreed.
• Custom-branded orders require full advance payment before production.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on product type, customization, quantity and destination. Precise timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

Returns & Replacements

• Non-customized stock products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Custom-branded items are non-returnable unless defective or delivered incorrectly.
• Any defect or shortage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellations may attract a charge equal to the work already carried out (design, printing plates, production, etc.).
